Through its subsidiary Natural Power International (NPI), PCA provides companies in the agro-industry with a resource management system that converts agricultural waste and by-products into usable energy.
NPl ranks among a small group of biogas project developers which have proven the reliability, durability and efficiency of its installations. With over 20 years of professional experience, NPI specializes in planning, design, construction, and operation of biogas plants using proprietary membrane technology for the agro-industrial sector. NPI’s highly efficient technology was utilized in the first large scale biogas CDM project in the Thai Palm Oil Sector (Chumporn Palm Oil Industries; Project ID: CDM 2148). In addition, NPI is currently commissioning the biggest biogas plant in Southeast Asia running on Palm Oil Mill Effluent (120t FFB/h palm oil mill, 6MWe Power Output)
