Mr. Kiatpakdee has over two decades of experience in renewable energy applications in Thailand. His international scientific background in biogas technology and close cooperation with the Thai-German Biogas Program led to the design of a unique biogas system which has been optimized for local conditions and is adaptable to a wide range of feedstock materials and waste waters. Today Mr. Kiatpakdee heads Natural Power Co., Ltd. which designs and builds biogas power plants and is a joint venture partner with PCA.

Werner has over 20 years of experience working for the German Technical Cooperation Agency (GTZ) as Advisor and Project Manager in the field of environmental management and renewable energy. Since August 2007 Werner is the Managing Director of PURE Natural Power Co., Ltd. in Chiang Mai, Thailand where he focuses on bio-energy emission reduction projects in Thailand and adjacent countries in the Region. Werner speaks Thai, German, English, Spanish and Spanish and holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the Technical University Berlin.
